A good friend of mine, and longtime rabid customer of that greatest of Chicago-style pizza establishments on the West Coast, recently discovered that some of the iconic pizza joint's previous employees decided to make a go of it on their own, and have concocted their own slightly different (yet apparently equally delectable) pie at a new restaurant, Patxi's.
Go! Eat! Die the little death!
