Pizza, and it's incestuous relationship with butter
Just have to say... I learned last night that good deep-dish pizza requires a nearly disturbing amount of butter. Not that this should suprise me, because, well, it tastes damn good. But still. When you're face-to-face with that much butter... it's an impressive sight. Not for the faint of heart. Or of artery, for that matter.
Damn tasty, though. And very good with zinfandel.
